What's the difference between chat support and remote support?Remote support allows an expert technician to connect to your computer using our secure remote tool. Once the technician is connected, they'll be able to see your screen and control your mouse and keyboard as if they were standing right in front of it. This allows the support technician to diagnose and resolve your computer problem quickly and efficiently. Is there a time limit during support sessions?No. There is no time limit during support sessions. We'll do our best to fix the issue, regardless of how long it takes. You will never be charged extra for time.

Can you fix any device using remote support?No, we can only provide remote support services to computers, smartphones and tablets that can power on and have a working internet connection. All other devices can utilize the live chat or phone call options.

Can I leave the technician a tip?Yes. If you would like to leave a tip for the technician, ask for a special payment link during your session. Thank you for your generosity!

How do you process payments?We use Square as our payment processor. Square is a popular payment processing platform using the leading standard in security. How many issues can you fix for one payment?One issue can be fixed per individual payment. Meaning, if you have two separate issues, you must make two separate payments for each issue to be fixed.
